Thank you so much for your interest in being a Hostess this year. We are excited you are joining our team for Experience Peace. Make sure to mark your calendars for December 3rd. Ticket for the event will go on sale on 11/5/2017 for $15. Please begin to pray for the people that will be seated at your tables. We want this event to be impactful. As a hostess this is a great ministry opportunity.
What will I need?
You should provide the following table
service for 8 guests: plate, cloth napkins, silverware, water glass, fruit cup, sugar container,
creamer container, salt shaker, pepper shaker, tea cup. Each table should have candles included as part of the decor. If you chose to use wax candles please make sure to place something under the candles to catch any wax. ( such as a table runner).
When will I decorate my table?
Set up for the event will begin at 1:45pm on 12/3/2017. After the tables are set, Please find your table number and begin to decorate your table.
Tables must be set and decorated by 4:00pm.
What will be given to me?
All tables will be covered with a white table cloth. The day of the event you will be provided a guest list, sugar for your tables, and information to hand out to your table. The night of the event, we would like for you to be standing by your table at 5:30 to greet your guests. Please make your table feel welcoming. Seat yourself and your co-hostess around your table so that everyone can have someone to talk to. Make sure everyone feels included in the conversation.
