WHAT IT MEANS TO FOLLOW JESUS
GOD LOVES YOU
Plain and simple: GOD LOVES YOU. Before you were born, He had a purpose for your life and you mattered to Him. The fact you're reading this means you are looking for answers only God can give. His love for you is greater than you could ever imagine!
SIN SEPARATED YOU
Division leaves you with less than what you started. The same is true of sin (missing the mark). In the Bible, Genesis 3 shares the story of how Adam and Eve became separated from God's love, because of their sin. This left humanity with a gap between us and a relationship with Him.
JESUS RESCUED YOU
Jesus came to earth on a rescue mission for humanity. The only way to bridge the gap that sin created was to give His life on a cross over 2,000 years ago. The sinless Son of God paid the debt sin created, and He came back to life three days after being buried. This allows us to essentially have a "new life" when we choose to live for Him.
WILL YOU TRUST HIM?
God loves you, and because sin separated us from that love, Jesus bridged the gap so we could experience what we call SALVATION. This means we can choose to follow Jesus from this day forward, acknowledging Him as the one who saves us from sin. So the question is: WILL YOU TRUST HIM?
